Purpose:

The Learning and Development coordinator is responsible for supporting the alignment of the global Performance and Growth strategy for the entire Asean region. This role assists in the effective deployment of career and performance activities across the region.

The candidate will support the building and maintaining relationships with global, region, and/or country talent leadership and teams.

 

Responsibilities:

Performance Management

  • Assist in the execution of performance management strategies and priorities within the region as per global directions.
  • Support the analysis of data and feedback to inform region-specific activities and priorities.
  • Coordinate with local representatives and Talent teams to support the implementation of plans that foster behavior change and ownership of the performance management process.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with the performance management process.

 

Career Enablers & Frameworks

  • Support the planning and execution of Global/region career framework or development projects.
  • Identify and coordinate the support and education necessary to back the career framework or development projects in line with Global/region strategy.
  • Analyze data for career frameworks measurement and evaluation to refine region strategy and planning.

 

Experiences, Qualifications, and Personal Qualities:

  • Experience in supporting performance management work and project management; exposure to large-scale and complex projects is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to assist in the execution of interventions and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and the capacity to work with uncertainties.
  • Empathy and understanding of regional diversity, with the ability to support representation and articulation of this to all stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented, able to support the bridging of gaps between country, regional, and organizational perspectives.
  • Ability to build relationships and be credible, influential, and professional with senior leaders.

 

Performance Measures:

  • Contribution to the improvement in the adoption of performance management activities.
  • Support in fostering a greater understanding and sense of ownership of the career framework and performance management concepts/processes in the region.
  • Fulfillment of additional performance measures as required by projects.
