Join our Core Business Services (CBS) Research and Content - Client and Industries team and you will help support important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. The opportunity
As a Learning Business Partner, you are responsible for managing stakeholder relationships that result in the delivery of exceptional learning experiences for our learners. You will partner with the assigned Strategic Talent Consultant and our deployment teams in the planning and delivery of high-quality learning programs and activities.
This role is crucial in marrying the strategic learning needs of our business with the learning content for learners across EY. You will be part of a dynamic team that helps EY professionals continuously learn and develop and contributes to EY’s purpose of Building a better working world. Essentially, the role covers the following scope:
- Partner with Strategic Talent consultants to manage Service Line (SL) stakeholder relationships at the country level to drive one consistent curricula
- Identify and validate actual skill needs as well as business priorities with all relevant stakeholders (within SL) ongoing throughout the year and at budget planning stage
- Plan solutions in line with business needs together with the design and development team and act as conduit between all teams involved throughout design project
- Serve as central point of contact for stakeholders to report progress on solution design, development, deployment as well as consumption, satisfaction and impact
- Ensure consistency with internal standards and requirements by consulting with the relevant parties
- Partner with Learning Deployment teams to deploy the entire SL curricula and consumption with accountability of consumption with SL Leader
- Cross collaborates with other teams in Learning & Development and other SL when needed
- POC for all SL learning priorities
- Coordinate funding support for learning programs in scope for SL
Your key responsibilities
- Manage relationships for a portion of a client account/portfolio, acting as a strategic learning advisor to understand business needs and align learning initiatives accordingly.
- Proactively define and maintain effective learning curricula that support the business’s strategic direction, required skills, and performance goals.
- Promote a strong ‘one team’ culture within Learning, collaborating with peers and leaders to build a unified, high-performing team.
- Assess and prioritize stakeholder learning needs, shape the annual learning plan, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions.
- Work with Deployment teams to manage and maintain the curriculum catalogue, ensuring consistency, relevance, and avoiding duplication.
- Identify and assess skills gaps, engage Design teams, and curate learning solutions that address root causes and determine the optimal learning and talent solutions.
- Communicate learning priorities, budget decisions, and manage ad hoc requests, ensuring transparency and alignment with business expectations.
- Oversee learning solution planning and execution, ensure timely delivery, secure stakeholder inputs, and report on learning performance against agreed metrics.
