Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Risk Management.
The opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with an ability to oversee Internal Communications and Engagement. This role requires a creative and energetic individual who can work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects independently. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with proven end-to-end project management experience.
Your key responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote EY's culture and values through effective communication initiatives.
- Create and oversee newsletters, announcements, and interactive platforms that foster a strong sense of community among employees.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
- Oversee logistics for various employee events and wellness initiatives, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and budget management.
- Develop and disseminate communication materials across multiple channels, including external newsletters, campaigns, and social media content.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for communication initiatives.
- Assess the impact of communication strategies and events, providing insights for continuous improvement.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- 2-3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and event management.
- Strong project planning and management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and editing for marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
