Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Risk Management.
The opportunity
Bringing order to learning claims and regulatory requirements, the coordinator will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services within the Learning Deployment Team. You’ll need to ensure smooth and efficient running of the administrative tasks assigned to you.
Your key responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will include acquiring grant approvals, processing the claims, collating information and internal reporting for our learning programs in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Human Resources Development Corporation, Malaysia. You will also be assigned other learning deployment responsibilities from time to time.
Skills and attribute to success
- Strong organizational skills
- Microsoft Excel is a must
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ask questions and obtain clarification needed to complete task
- Willingness to learn and try new things
- Agile team player and able to work under pressure
To qualify for the role, you must have
- At least Diploma in Business Administration / Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the related field
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in administrative support or equivalent
