EY is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our Brands, Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand's visual identity and driving our business initiatives forward. You will be responsible for creating compelling designs that resonate with our clients and stakeholders, ensuring that every piece of collateral reflects the innovation and professionalism of EY.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a proven track record in both graphic design and photography to create impactful visual concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design excellence and a deep understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality branding materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc), including graphic elements, infographics, and illustrations.
- Lead concepts and execute designs for various communication collaterals suitable for multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with EY’s brand guidelines. This includes formatting presentations, proposals, brochures, banners, social media collateral.
- Master Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint, to create professional presentations and collateral that align with EY’s branding and communication standards.
- Manage and oversee production requests, which includes requesting quotations, discussing requirements, providing files, ensuring the production outcome meets project needs.
- Direct and produce professional video content, ensuring the final product aligns with the firm’s messaging and aesthetic standards.
- Uphold EY’s brand guidelines and firm policies across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with different departments within the firm to understand and fulfill design requirements.
- Ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines and firm policies.
- Work in a multi-project environment and effectively communicate to meet expectations, deliverables and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and photography.
- A creative mind with a flair for design and keen sense of balance and intuition when it comes to layout.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other visual design tools.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint, for creating professional presentations and collateral.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts and strategies.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing polished and error-free work.
- Ability to interact effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Advanced skills in photography and videography, including the ability to operate a camera and capture high-quality images.
- Familiarity with photo editing and layout software.
