Join our CBS team and support the effective management of EY’s contractor engagement lifecycle, working closely with internal teams, vendors and client stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding, contracting, extensions and payments.
The opportunity
EY Malaysia is seeking a Contract Operations Analyst on a 6‑month contract to support contractor and work order operations for a key client account. This role plays a critical execution and coordination role across contractor onboarding, contract management, work order tracking, PO creation and invoicing processes.
The role requires strong operational discipline, sound judgement and the ability to manage complex stakeholder and system dependencies in a fast‑paced environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible in the recruitment of consultants mainly involved in the SAP consultant for EY client.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end contractor onboarding, including document collection, client submissions and system setup.
- Responsible as central contact and liaison person for the contractors and contracting companies in regard to the recruitment process, onboarding and work contract.
- Overseeing contracts origination, negotiation and closure.
- Responsible to update the contract renewal or termination and become a key contact person for EY Finance Team on payment issuance for the consultants.
- Responsible in creating contractors purchase order and processing invoices for payment purposes.
- Maintain accurate trackers and ensure data quality across systems.
- Support ad‑hoc operational requests and process improvements as required.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Relevant experience in contract administration, operations, finance operations or professional services support.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors or work order–based engagements.
- Familiarity with PO, invoicing and financial coordination processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and document tracking.
