The opportunity
Talent Enablement is a core function within the Talent Team, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding and People Data Administration support.
The Talent Enablement Assistant ( Offboarding and Exit Matters ) is responsible for completing assigned HR functional transaction or work activities in accordance with the established policies, procedures and service level agreements (SLA) whilst building positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
The role develops and maintains an advanced understanding and knowledge of the Talent Enablement procedures and approach for assigned area(s), particularly in managing offboarding and exit matters.
Your key responsibilities
- Attends to HR Offboarding and Exit Matters inquiries / requests / transactions as assigned (including inquiries or requests via cal or email) in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensures all transactions are processed, documented and delivered within defined SLAs and quality standards and that work instructions are diligently followed; escalates issues as needed
- Develops and maintains an advanced understanding and knowledge of Talent Enablement Offboarding and Exit Matters procedures and approach
- Processes and / or reviews more complex transactions; performs duties and responsibilities with limited supervision
- Ensures all new process updates are incorporated while processing transactions
- Responds to internal employee’s needs and inquiries, exercises good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines
- Monitors and resolves status of service delivery queues
- Follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and reports barrier and issues to Supervisor
- Responds to emails and enquires in a timely manner
- Identifies potential areas for process improvements
- Assists with Talent Team initiatives and other projects as assigned
- Adhere to all policies and processes
Skills and attributes for success
- A graduate qualification
- Preferably with 2 to 4 years’ of work experience managing Offboarding and Exit Matters
- Prior Shared Services or HR Operations experience
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer orientation; works effectively with others
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Anticipates the needs and proactively identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service
- Displays positive attitude; meets challenges and changes with an open mind, demonstrates commitment to the job
- Good organization, analytical and problem solving skills; able to exercise judgment on day to day work activities
- Takes initiative and follows through as appropriate; attentive to details; efficiently processes high volume of transactions
- Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors would be an advantage
