Job description
Role objective and key accountability
Overview
- Responsible for supporting the design, implementation and administration of employee engagement programs including, Wellbeing and Recognition (W&R), EY Ripples and Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness (DE&I).
- Support the W&R Lead in program design and may lead on market and competitor analysis and on internal research to establish desired outcomes for the business.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communications and be a main point of contact for managing W&R enquiries.
- Manage or coordinate delivery of specific program and related operational activities - working closely with all those responsible for W&R, EY Ripples, and DE&I delivery activities including external vendors.
By process
- Program management
- Employee Discounts Program - Serve as a primary point of contact related to EDP, ensuring timely and efficient vendor onboarding and communication, streamline processes, negotiate on offerings, and ensure risk management compliance.
- Applaud Awards Program - Manage coordination of nominations, judging, announcement, and celebration of award winners.
- Event coordination
- Manage the logistical coordination and execution of employee engagement activities for W&R, EY Ripples, and DE&I
- Communication and resources
- Contribute to internal communication efforts related to W&R and manage the W&R shared mailbox
- Maintain and update internal resources i.e. SharePoint to ensure relevance and accessibility
- Support the creation of toolkits, and resource materials to engage employees in W&R, EY Ripples, and DE&I activities
- Volunteers’ management
- Support the recruitment and management of volunteers for EY Ripples activities.
- Maintain records of volunteers’ data and reporting of data in EY Ripples portal.
- Others
- Work closely with the social media team to develop content that promote W&R, EY Ripples, and DE&I programs, engaging employees and increasing awareness
- Support the W&R, EY Ripples, and DE&I network groups

- Good people management capabilities
- Expertise in the design, development, implementation, and administration of Wellbeing and Recognition programs
- Experience in managing external vendors
- Experience of implementing change and working effectively with leadership to deliver successful results.
