Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Risk Management.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the design, implementation and administration of Compensation and Benefits programs.
  • Support the C&B Lead in program design and may lead on market and competitor analysis and on internal research to establish desired outcomes for the business.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communications and be a main point of contact for managing C&B enquiries.
  • Manage or coordinate delivery of specific program and related operational activities - working closely with all those responsible for C&B delivery activities including payroll team and external consultants/vendors.
  • By process
    • Market benchmarking and analysis
      • Support market benchmarking and analysis on competitiveness of C&B structure and practices against market data and best practices including liaising with external consultants/vendors and relevant parties on data input
      • Manage data submission for annual salary surveys
    • Pay structure
      • Support in job evaluation and pay structures for new roles and career frameworks
    • Annual budget, remuneration and benefits review
      • Support the annual budget planning exercise on C&B’s budget proposals and work with relevant teams on data input
      • Support semi-annual remuneration review including gathering relevant data input and business information, maintaining remuneration review worksheet templates and cost modeling.
      • Manage reporting requirements
    • Programs and projects
      • Manage the day-to-day administration and issue resolution of C&B activities and ensure delivery of operational elements of C&B programs
      • Participate in C&B-related projects and initiatives driven by region and global
      • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

 

Skills and Experience

  • Good business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Ability to influence and implement change
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong client focus with the ability to build constructive relationships and work virtually/ across borders with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
  • Sound people management capabilities
  • Expertise in the design, development, implementation, and administration of C&B programs and an understanding of how they fit within a wider Total Reward framework
  • Experience in managing external vendors
  • Experience of implementing the remuneration review process, coordinating with leadership (both talent and business) to ensure a successful cycle

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor degree in any related filed.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR and/or C&B Operations.
