Assistant Producer (6-Months Contract)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated individual for a 6-month contract to assist with special projects focused on creating engaging corporate content. This role seeks someone who enjoys working collaboratively and has a general understanding of project management and creative processes. You will help develop multimedia content strategy including corporate communication materials and video podcast content that aligns with our brand. This will be an associate role (with 2-3 years work experience).

 Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively assist in developing and executing production of multimedia content including video podcasts.
• Research market trends and opportunities to inform the podcast's direction.
• Help manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the content development and content release process while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including potential guests and industry experts.
• Track basic performance metrics to help assess the podcast program's success.

Qualifications:

• Good writing and storytelling skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to project completion.
• Experience in podcast or video content production, project management or related fields is a plus.
• Understanding of analytics and metrics tracking is a plus.
