Your main tasks:

  • Leading projects related to the analysis of financial statements of audited companies
  • Managing a project team of several members, including daily task delegation and progress verification
  • Daily collaboration with clients and coordinating projects within EY's international network of offices
  • Supporting the certified auditor in key discussions with the management boards of audited companies
  • EY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. With AI-powered solutions your analyses, insights and innovative ideas will reach a higher level. Starting with a series of training sessions, you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant, along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY. Required skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an audit-advisory firm
  • Higher education (preferably in finance and economics) with a willingness for further personal development
  • Interest in the specifics of the job and analyzing current economic events
  • Knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards
  • Ability to manage and organize work within a team and ease in establishing contacts
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level
