Overview of Wealth Management
Wealth Management and Investment Management Technology is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical platform behind the products and services used by the Business.
The description below will give you an overview of the role. This is a high-level description which lists the mandatory and preferred skills required for this role.
Experience Range: 7+
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SSIS.
- Create and maintain SSIS packages for data migration, integration, and automation tasks.
- Develop and maintain web and desktop applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Implement database solutions, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning in SQL Server.
- Participate in all aspects of the SDLC (analysis, design, coding testing & implementation).
- Work with onshore and offshore team members from IT, Ops & Business.
- Analyze business requirements; write functional and minor development specifications.
- Code solutions that meet the business requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow and improve existing coding standards and best practices.
- Must have considerable experience developing applications under an onshore-offshore model.
- Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them positively and constructively.
- Sets an example for team members in the following manner: hard work, a focus on client delivery, preparedness, organization, a positive attitude, and respect for others.
Primary Skills / Must have
- Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent and at least 7 years of development experience in .Net 6 and .net Framework (4.8)
- Strong in developing REST APIs, DB integrations with and without ORM frameworks, API and Soap integration, Background jobs.
- Strong OO design skills, SOLID and other design principle, or practices.
- Experience using Latest C# language constructs, Collections, LINQ and async programming.
- Experience with TDD practices, unit testing and its practices in .Net Ecosystem.
- Experience is using Devops tools like Azure Devops, Jenkins, Splunk.
- Experience in Event driven integrations via Queues and Topics.
- Good knowledge of Multiple Relational Databases (SQL SERVER, ORACLE, Postgres) or self-leaner.
- Detail oriented, ability to turn deliverables around quickly with high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and produce functional and technical design documents
- Good time management skills – ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once
- Powerful desire to understand and learn domain.

- Understanding of Cloud, Docker and Kubernetes.

- NoSQL – MongoDB
- Have experience in the financial services/banking industry specifically in the Wealth Management domain.
