SAP Workforce Management

The opportunity

We are seeking experienced SAP Workforce Management consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing SAP Workforce Management solutions to improve our clients’ workforce processes. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading firm and play a key role in the expansion of a new service offering.

Your key responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Analyse and understand client workforce management processes to identify areas for improvement.
• System Configuration: Customize and configure the SAP Workforce Management module to meet client-specific needs.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP Workforce Management with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP Workforce Management solutions, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the system complies with relevant regulations and generate reports to support decision-making.

Skills and attributes for success

• Certified in SAP Workforce Management.
• Must have at least two or more SAP Workforce Management end to end implementation or Support Project experience.
• Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts and Cutover activities
• Must provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-4 years of work experience in SAP Workforce Management.
• Experience with other SAP modules such as HR, Payroll, and Time Management is an added advantage.
