The opportunity
- Service delivery manager to manage end to end operations of support engagement. Minimum experience level of 9-14 years.
Your key responsibilities
- Service delivery manager who has the prior experience to manage support projects.
- Manage resources who needs to support on different shifts and on call coverage as per contract needs.
- Experience in maintenance and support, maintenance, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience in Insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty.
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Prior Client facing experience
- Experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins.
- Understand service management and change management activities, along with SLAs and estimator tools.
- Should have worked on incident management , problem management and release management.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Service management knowledge as per ITIL.
- Good communication and resource management skills.
- Preferred to have experience in managing an Insurance application.
Certification:
- ITIL 4 certification (Good to have)
