Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set clear expectations.
• Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing KPIs to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with software engineering teams to ensure timely completion of development tasks and adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote an agile work environment.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
• Securing all the approval required to go live

Experience details :

Project Management:

• Manage multiple DevOps and cloud-related projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and resource optimization.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and developers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (Azure).
• Oversee automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based systems.
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Agile & Scrum Management:

• Act as Scrum Master for DevOps and cross-functional teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Promote Agile principles and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize work.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 14+ years of experience in a technical project management or delivery role.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Should have experience in GenAI/AI or ML implementation
