Position: UiPath Developer / Solution Designer
Experience: 4–5 years (hands-on UiPath development)
Certification: UiPath Automation Developer Professional (or equivalent)

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer with strong solution design and implementation skills to develop, optimize, and scale intelligent automation solutions. The candidate will independently handle end-to-end automation lifecycles, from requirement gathering to production deployment, leveraging AI-powered UiPath capabilities.

• Design, develop, and deploy automations using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub.
• Build and optimize workflows integrating UiPath Document Understanding, Communication Mining, and AI Centre.
• Develop production-grade automations using modern UiPath activities and framework best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to translate process requirements into scalable automation designs.
• Lead PoCs and production rollouts of AI-powered automations.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, code reviews, and governance standards.
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed bots for performance and reliability.

• 4–5 years of hands-on UiPath RPA development experience.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Communication Mining, and AI Centre.
• Experience in solution design, reusable component creation, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, Power Automate, and integration with third-party systems.
• Working knowledge of Git-based CI/CD, UiPath Insights, and Automation Ops preferred.

• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of leading discussions, demos, and status reviews with business users and technical teams.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to mentor junior developers when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Mandatory: UiPath Automation Developer Professional or equivalent advanced certification.
