EY-Consulting – AI Enabled Automation – UiPath – Senior
Role: UiPath Developer / Senior UiPath Developer
Experience Range: ~4 years (can be flexible if skills are strong)
What we need this person to do: We encourage the team members to work independently and many time have direct communication with the client team hence following becomes necessary
- Work independently on automation development using UiPath (Modern UI / ReFramework)
- Understand business requirements, convert them into workflows, and handle end-to-end automation build
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and manage exceptions cleanly
- Work with Orchestrator (Queues, Assets, Triggers) and coordinate deployments across environments
- Collaborate with business SMEs and internal teams to clarify requirements and provide status updates
Key Skills & Expectations: Most of these are basic expectations from a developer
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ReFramework, selectors, modern UI automation, and queue-based processing
- Comfortable with Excel automation, API calls, and Invoke Code where needed
- Good understanding of error handling, logging, retry logic, and configuration management
- Should be able to walk through their code and design decisions confidently
- Needs to be comfortable working in production support + enhancement mode, where flexibility and quick turnaround is important
- Ability to document clearly and follow our delivery standards (naming conventions, annotation, folder structures, etc.)
Good to Have (not mandatory):
- Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, or integrating UiPath with external systems - There is scrutiny on our documentation (design, implementation etc.) and this skill becomes necessary
- Exposure to healthcare workflows is helpful but not required
Soft Skills:
- Able to communicate comfortably with business users - Direct communication with client team demands this skill.
- Can own the workstream without hand-holding
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to take feedback
