Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI and data projects, from proposal to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Solution Architecture:  Ability to develop/design scalable data solutions, leveraging best practices in data value chain
• Client Management & Business Development: Serve as a primary point of contact for senior client executives, understanding their business challenges, positioning AI offerings, and actively participating in go-to-market strategies and proposal development (RFPs).
• Technical Expertise: Provides guidance on the implementation and optimization of end-to-end data pipelines, utilizing various cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and technologies like Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Team and People Management: Mentor and lead large, cross-functional teams of data engineers, data scientists, and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning and managing performance and professional development.
• Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay updated with the latest technology advancements and drive innovation within the firm and for clients, defining best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Typically requires 15+ years of relevant industry experience in AI, data analytics, software development, or consulting, with a significant portion in a leadership or management role.
• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands on knowledge with all Big data and cloud data engineering stack
• Strong technical and hands on experience in building analytics applications
• Should have deep knowledge of complex solution architecting; have worked on various technologies, application space, data security and governance

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
