Job Title: Supply Chain Leader - Data, AI, and Generative AI
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Leader with extensive expertise particularly within the consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraging Data, AI, and Generative AI to drive supply chain transformation and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Supply Chain Transformation: Oversee and manage client engagements focused on optimizing supply chain processes through the application of Data, AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Develop Innovative Strategies: Create and implement cutting-edge supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- AI-Driven Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Agentic AI solutions that provide real-time visibility and data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.
- Generative AI Applications: Advocate for the integration of generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to enhance demand forecasting, inventory management, vendor optimization, supplier risk analysis and mitigation planning, and logistics planning.
- Talent Management: Drive talent management initiatives for the Supply chain competency or practice, including recruitment, training, and development of high-performing supply chain teams. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Data Governance: Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security within supply chain operations.
- Identify Data-Driven Opportunities: Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities that enhance supply chain performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in consulting for non-financial service sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale supply chain transformation projects utilizing Data, AI, and Generative AI.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes, demand forecasting, inventory management, vendor optimization, supplier risk analysis and mitigation planning, and logistics planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on talent development and team building.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering) is preferred.
