EY - GDS Consulting – GRC Technology – Enterprise GRC - Staff
As EY GDS Consulting Staff, you’ll contribute technically to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects/initiatives. You would be responsible for development and support of technology projects related to the processes around Governance, risk and compliance. You would be interacting with key stakeholders on regular basis. You will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
The opportunity
You will collaborate on building and delivery of complex solutions on the Enterprise eGRC platform as well as other eGRC technologies.
Your key responsibilities
- Work effectively as a team member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update senior team members on progress of tasks
- Conduct research and assist senior team members in preparing client presentations and information memorandums
- Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel.
- Understand and analyse the requirements of the project
- Prepare project documentation and procedures.
- Understanding and adherence of software development life cycle & defect life cycle.
- Assist in development / testing of complex modules
- Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks
- Compliance to EY policies and procedures like Timesheet / Leaves management etc.
- Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with experience in producing high quality reports, work papers, and presentations.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 1-4 years of Archer implementation and consulting experience in GRC Domain.
- Should have completed at least 1 end to end Archer GRC implementations project.
- Hands on experience of configuring on-demand applications and all configurable items including fields, DDE, Access roles, notifications, data feeds, Advanced workflows etc.
- Knowledge of Archer’s out-of-the-box solutions.
- Basic understanding of GRC concepts including Information Security and Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Archer Installation/upgrade/Maintenance activities like managing Archer control Panel.
- Experience of designing on-demand solutions in Archer to meet specific client requirements.
- Knowledge/experience on discussion forum, training and awareness
- Knowledge / experience of IT Risk Management / Enterprise Risk Management work
- Hands on experience of MS excel and MS Power point
- Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies
Ideally, you should also have
- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA with a minimum of 1 years of experience with Big 4 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies
- Experience on API based integrations and .Net would be added advantage
- Exposure to new technologies like Automation (UiPath, Blue Prism) / Analytics technologies (Tableu, PowerBI, Python, R) etc will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated track record with a blue-chip consulting organization and/or a blue-chip organization
- Archer 6.x Certified Security Professional
