Role Overview :

Assist in supporting the Compatible Unit (CU) build out workstream.Serve as a functional bridge between the CU build out path and the broader solution, ensuring that each Compatible Unit is accurately configured, estimated, and aligned across the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) environment. Key ResponsibilitiesUses basic Maximo CU/CUE functional and technical knowledge to assist in connecting and integrating Compatible Unit (CU) and Compatible Unit Estimating (CUE) into the broader Maximo solution architecture, ensuring each CU maps correctly to its associated work execution framework within the T&D programSupport CU planning sessions to help shape effective, scalable, and field-validated solutions that reflect real-world T&D construction and maintenance scenariosUses Maximo CU/CUE process knowledge to help drive structured CU and CUE walkthroughs with stakeholders, capturing and documenting feedback to ensure alignment between the build out pathAssist in identifying functional gaps between current state CU/CUE configuration and future state requirements across all Compatible Unit workstreamsSupport the monthly CU review process by preparing completed Compatible Unit and CUE build out items for cross-over review with the solution leadership teamContribute to the classification of CU and CUE cross-over items as

Must Haves vs Nice to Haves:Supporting formal sign-off prior to close of each monthly review sessionAssist in validating that Compatible Unit Estimating (CUE) data aligns with Compatible Unit (CU) work execution configuration in Maximo, ensuring consistency across job plans, task lists, and work order structuresSupports validation that CUs correctly drives asset creation in line with T&D utility standardsContributes to final peer reviews of Maximo CU functionality prior to delivery or sign-off, supporting configuration completeness and field readiness Required Skills & ExperienceMaximo functional knowledge with a focus on Compatible Unit (CU/CUE) configuration in a T&D utility environmentExposure to Object Structures and MX Loader, particularly for CU and CUE data loading Data mapping fundamentals with the ability to trace Compatible Unit items through to CUE estimating outputsUnderstanding of how Compatible Unit build out items relate to job plans, task lists, permit structures, and account code assignments within MaximoFamiliarity with asset creation processes driven by CUs and other CU/CUE processes.Ability to participate in peer reviews for Maximo Compatible Unit (CU) and Compatible Unit Estimating (CUE) functionality Working Relationships Works alongside solution leads across E&D, Data, Finance, and Electric IT & Digital, as well as the Solution Architect, to support the monthly CU  review and ensure Compatible Unit and CUE build out items remain aligned
