Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Key Responsibilities Global Mobility & Employment Tax
- Support expatriate tax compliance engagements, including tax return preparation and tax briefings.
- Assist in payroll tax reviews and mobility-related tax computations.
- Coordinate with international member firms and client stakeholders for mobility engagements.
- Support immigration, social security, and cross-border employment matters.
- Prepare mobility-related advisory notes and client deliverables. Labour Law & HR Compliance
- Support labour law compliance reviews and audits.
- Assist in advisory projects relating to: o Code on Wages o Industrial Relations Code o Social Security Code o Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code
- Review statutory compliances relating to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, and Factories Act.
- Assist with labour law due diligence and compliance assessments.
- Support preparation of compliance manuals, SOPs, and policy reviews.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and prepare compliance updates. Client & Project Management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications.
- Manage multiple engagements and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and government authorities where required.
- Maintain engagement documentation and comply with risk management procedures. Qualification
- CA Inter / CS Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (HR) / LLB / B.Com / M.Com.
- 1–4 years of experience in: o Global Mobility / Employment Tax, or o Labour Law Compliance / HR Compliance Advisory, or o Payroll Advisory services. Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Indian labour laws and social security regulations.
- Knowledge of expatriate taxation and payroll compliance.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with domestic and global stakeholders.
