The opportunity
You will play a critical role in enabling effective Agile delivery by working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to define and refine business requirements. You will lead requirement discovery, analysis, and clarification activities to ensure business needs are clearly articulated, prioritized, and ready for delivery.
You will collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts. Acting as a key liaison between business and technology teams, you will ensure shared understanding of scope, priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Beyond day-to-day requirement management, you will contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing delivered outcomes, identifying gaps, and recommending process or solution enhancements. You will support backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and UAT activities, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations. Through strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and Agile mindset, you will help drive successful project delivery while reinforcing Agile principles across the team and the broader organization.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for large, complex initiatives and cross-functional programs
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and solution design discussions
- Provide strategic input during solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing insights, impact analysis, and recommendations
- Support Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle and manage scope changes effectively
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Business Analysts, providing functional and domain leadership
- Collaborate with QA, development, and architecture teams to ensure requirements are implemented as intended

- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and/or Waterfall environments

- Effective collaboration skills, proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams in multiple time zones.

Technical & Domain Skills (Preferred)
- Areas of exposure: Audit (any nature), Risk Analytics, Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance
- Agile lifecycle and delivery tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps.
- Collaboration and knowledge management tools: Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams
- Business process and requirement modelling tools: Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro
- Requirement and traceability management: JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Data and reporting exposure: Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
- Productivity tools: MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Word Oracle, IBM DB2, SQL Server, MySQL
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience supporting multiple Scrum teams and complex delivery programs
- Analysis & Advisory Skills: Proven ability to lead requirement discovery, analysis, and documentation while advising stakeholders on solution options and impacts
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Delivery & Tools: Familiarity with Agile delivery and requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Certifications: Business Analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, SAFe BA) preferred
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies
- Adaptability: Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving delivery environments.

- Demonstrated experience delivering Business/Data Analysis services across multiple large-scale, complex transformation initiatives within Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Strong expertise in eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing business, functional, and non-functional requirements across diverse business domains
- Proven ability to define, optimize, and document end-to-end business processes aligned to enterprise and Agile delivery standards
- Confident application of Agile Business Analysis practices, including user story definition, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, and value-based prioritization
- Deep understanding of requirement traceability, dependency management, impact analysis, and change control within large programs
- Experience partnering with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into effective solution outcomes
- Ability to support solution design and delivery by providing clear, structured inputs that enable scalable and compliant technology implementations
- Experience contributing to discovery phases, assessments, and proof-of-concept initiatives for new capabilities, platforms, or process improvements
