SAP Tax and Revenue Management - Senior

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP TRM Senior Consultant, responsible for the design, configuration, and support of the SAP TRM module for our public sector clients

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Implement and configure the SAP TRM module according to the specific requirements of public sector clients.
• Analyze and map client business processes related to tax and revenue management to SAP TRM functionalities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on the capabilities of SAP TRM.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP TRM with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the SAP TRM environment based on legislative changes, user feedback, and business needs.

Experience: 

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in SAP TRM.
• Successfully completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Proven experience with SAP TRM module implementation and support, preferably in a public sector context.
• Strong understanding of tax and revenue management processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
• Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills:

• Experience in a consulting or business analyst role within the tax and revenue management domain.
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education:

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• SAP certification in Tax and Revenue Management (preferred).
• Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
