SAP REFX Functional Consultant- Manager
 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP REFX Manager,  responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) module. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their real estate management needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP RE-FX module to support real estate processes such as property acquisition, lease management, space optimization, and contract management.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet business needs within the SAP RE-FX framework.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and work with the technical team to ensure accurate implementation.
• Perform system testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support the business during go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and ensure they are proficient in using the SAP RE-FX system.
• Maintain and enhance the SAP RE-FX system based on changing business requirements and new SAP releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RE-FX with other SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP RE-FX issues.
• Stay up to date with SAP RE-FX best practices and industry trends.

Experience:  

• 8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP REFX.
• Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations.
• Proven experience with SAP RE-FX implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of real estate management processes and industry-specific requirements.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP REFX Module.
• Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
   

Competencies / Skills:

• Ability to create and customize reports for real estate management, including portfolio analysis, profitability, and occupancy rates.
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.
   

Education: 

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• SAP Real Estate Management certification. (preferred).
• Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
