SAP PPQM - Production Planning and Quality Management-Senior Manager
Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Manager responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The consultant will work closely with the manufacturing, quality, and IT departments to ensure that the SAP system aligns with business processes.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead the configuration and implementation of the SAP PP and QM module. 
• Experience in production planning, demand management, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), capacity planning, production execution, quality planning, quality inspection, quality certificates, quality notifications etc.
• Analyze and map clients' business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Integrate SAP PP and QM modules with other SAP modules. 
• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements and map them to SAP processes.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and showcase SAP capabilities in PP and QM areas.
• Design, customize, test, and deploy SAP PP/QM solutions to meet the business needs.
• Provide training and user support as needed.
• Document the SAP processes and configurations.
• Experience in managing and delivering large projects.
• Develop and execute test plans for new implementations, enhancements, and system updates.

Experience:  

• 12-14+ years of relevant experience in SAP PPQM
• Successfully completed at least five end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP PP, QM, and other modules.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PPQM
• Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills:

• Experience in integration techniques and data migration tools.
• Familiarity with inspection processes, quality control, SPC, quality improvement techniques etc.
• Experience with master data setup and management, including inspection methods, inspection characteristics etc.
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education: 

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (Preferred)

Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
