HCM Lead - Manager

• Minimum of 7 Years of experience in SAP HCM
• Ability to handle project management skill by performing tasks with cross functional teams, meet deadline
• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions
• Conduct system testing and ensure proper integration and also data migration and ensuring data integrity with other SAP modules
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP HCM consultants and developers.
• Ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM
• SAP HCM certification is preferred
• Resolve a critical payroll issue
• Proficient in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service (ESS)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
