Position Summary:
Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within Global Delivery Services and Global Shared Services organization, providing multiple HR Operational support services including Recruitment Operations support, Onboarding support, Core HR data administration, Learning Admin support, Performance management support, Global Mobility & CBTS support, Global Reporting, etc. to EY member firms. TS provides these services to Areas, Regions, Countries, Global & Regional Talent teams, COE Teams, and other stakeholders. These services are delivered from our centres in Bangalore & Kerala, India; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines.
Talent Services provides service offerings in an extended delivery model with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions – delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams. The team in the Talent Services team is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transnational scope.
This role would work with the UK Talent team to provide the most effective and efficient solution for Talent’s strategic and operational needs. The role will enable the team to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements within the Talent organization, thereby creating success stories. The role will support Talent teams within the business and deliver seamless HR operational services.
The role will build strong relationships across Talent teams as well as the VTH team members and gradually evolve to have more responsibilities and leverage opportunities to collaborate and operationalize projects and processes.
The candidate would be expected to have a professional attitude to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information; ensure being compliant with Data Privacy and Protection within local, regional, and global guidelines; adapt to a constantly changing legal framework and growing business environment.
Essential Functions of the Job:
This role offers multiple opportunities to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and the internal and external stakeholders across global HR Services, UK Talent and non-Talent functions.
The individual will be expected to perform the following activities under the respective areas, including but not limited to:
Operations, Talent Reports, and Budget Monitoring
- Support the execution of operational processes across Talent Enablement, including document management and process tracking.
- Assist in preparing headcount and budget reports, working closely with Finance and Talent Operations.
- Help monitor invoice processing and BRIDGE (independence check) submissions, escalating issues as needed.
- Gain exposure to budget governance and reporting, with increasing responsibility over time.
Enablement of the Talent function
- Maintain and update content on the Regional Talent Portal (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support internal communications and logistics for Talent-wide innovation sessions and enablement events.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure documentation is aligned with firm standards.
Talent Risk Management & Compliance
- Assist in quality assurance and compliance tracking activities.
- Support documentation and coordination for PIA, Information Security, and vendor onboarding processes.
- Learn to manage BRIDGE data gathering and vendor lifecycle processes with increasing autonomy.
Digital & Automation enablement and program management
- Support the entry of project demands into global systems under the guidance of more senior team members by coordinating documentation and initial requirement gathering.
- Track and report on project progress, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Provide logistical and operational support for ongoing enablement projects.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, contributing ideas and supporting implementation led by senior colleagues.
Program & Project Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, maintain project trackers, and support stakeholder communications.
- Assist in preparing project status updates and documentation.
This role will evolve over time. The Senior Associate will be mentored by senior team members and gradually take on more complex responsibilities in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic enablement.

Other Requirements:
- Due to the global nature of the role; willingness to work alternative hours will be required (UK hours)

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience:
- Overall 6+ years of relevant operations and process improvement experience; experience in Talent a benefit
- Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, results driven environments.
- Demonstrable experience in closely related Talent management (HR), consulting, or operations role
- Demonstrable experience of collaborating with Talent colleagues and businesses to understand needs and shape solutions
- Comfort and/or experience working in globally dispersed teams to deliver services, processes, and standards
- Demonstrable experience in conducting internal and external analysis to understand trends, develop and share insights and best practices
- Experience in delivering/facilitating internal operations processes to drive intended outcomes
- Exposure to SuccessFactors/Talent Operation tools
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience and/or an interest in automation and technology (PowerAutomate, UiPath, PowerQuery, Copilot, AI, etc.)
