Job Title:  TSS Associate – Performance and Career Specialist                                   

Function: GDS-CBS

Skill Level: Experienced 

Sub Function: Talent Shared Services

Job Summary:

Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TSS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China; Kerala and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. TSS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres. 

 

Performance & Reward – covers all aspects of LEAD /LEAD for PPEDD processes.

Talent Services (TS) supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Talent team.

TS works in a fully integrated way with onshore TD colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Global Process Model and initiates TD processes.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Support in performance relevant reportings
  • Support of administrative tasks in SuccessFactors - Performance
  • Update relevant performance material for stakeholders
  • Project Management
  • Executive of LEAD/LEAD for PPEDD processes
  • Provide support to various aspects of LEAD/LEAD for PPEDD processes
  • Data analysis of reporting
  • Year end support as Master Coordinator for the Executive- support talent with setting up and managing Leadership Review Workbooks
  • Provide administrative support with various aspects of year end
  • Collaborate with other regions, master coordinators and talent contacts

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Commercial acumen and business awareness
  • Understanding of EY and EY Talent
  • Very good skills in excel reporting
  • Drive and deliver quality services and products to Talent
  • Strong team worker, with enthusiastic, can do approach, with ability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
  • Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office 365 suite – Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc
  • Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements

 

Additional Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills - the ability to set priorities, manage time and juggle competing priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills - the ability to work effectively with and influence team members and stakeholders

 

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed fluent English required;

 

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialization

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience
  • Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
  • Experience in Onboarding is preferred
  • Working in international and diverse environments
