The opportunity
We are looking for an Associate - Project Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting and assisting in project coordination activities. As a key member of our team, you will help ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality services to stakeholders across various business segments.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with peers, internal departments, and the leadership team to assist in managing internal and external deadlines and iterations.
- Organize and manage project meetings, prepare decks, create excel reports, status reports, and key deliverables.
- Ensure tasks are delivered as per committed deadlines (SLA/KPIs).
- Follow up on action items with key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 1-3 years of experience in supporting project coordination activities.
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with evolving business needs.
- Flexibility to support multiple time zones.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Technologies and Tools
- Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint/Office.
- Basic understanding of PowerBI is an added advantage.
