TC-MENA Technology- Technical Manager – Manager

As part of the TC- MENA Technology team, Technical Manager performs tasks related to design and implementing technology solutions and leads the respective development team members.. The role’s major responsibilities include hands-on experience in implementing projects in Microsoft technologies like .NET/Angular/Power Platform etc in agile environments.   The role also requires effective mentoring and stakeholder management skills.

The opportunity

MENA Technology team is looking for experienced Technical Manager to manage the technical delivery of web applications and emerging technology solutions leveraging latest technologies.  You will be building highly modular, scalable, and robust applications, both on-premises and on the cloud, typically Azure.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the development team working on various Microsoft technologies such as .Net/Angular/ SharePoint and also fair knowledge in how to leverage AI/ML in projects.
• Experience in front end / UI technologies including frameworks such as Angular/Bootstrap/React.
• Good understanding and development skills using the following: JavaScript, JQuery, Web API, HTML5, CSS3.
• Leads the solution delivery for a large or more complex project / program, using strong technical capabilities and outstanding hands-on experience.
• Handles the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
• Takes accountability for the design, development, delivery and maintenance of solutions or infrastructure, driving compliance with and contributing to the development of relevant standards
• Solves complex and escalated aspects of a project, performing coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process
• Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current solutions, infrastructure and emerging technologies, showing technical leadership, and identifying and implementing continuous improvement plans
• Develops strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams, collaborating to develop and engineer leading solutions

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have

• B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MS or equivalent degree preferably in Computer Science discipline.
• Minimum 12 – 15 years of experience in software development and architecture

Technical Skills

• Angular 6+, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• C#/.NET frameworks, SQL Server, GIT, Azure DevOps
• Azure App Services, Azure Functions & other Azure components
• Knowledge in Power Platform, Azure Data Analytics, Azure Cognitive Services, AI/ML will be an added advantage
• Experience in large scale technical implementation and digital transformation projects
