Assistant Manager
TA We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment professional — with 7 to 9 years of experience in recruitments.
You will be responsible to attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.
The opportunity
You will partner closely with Recruitment team to help build the sourcing strategies and partner with the internal stakeholders to execute on that plan. You will work closely with Recruitment leadership to review and define sourcing needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet short, medium and long-term requirements. You will have the opportunity to derive insights from data and turn ideas into action. You will propose and execute programs(s) in the areas of Employer Branding, Diversity, recruiting tools, automations and track progress to goals to ensure the most impactful results. Your key responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for all service lines, by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent
- Define and set the sourcing plans for specific service lines based on the open requisition received from the recruitment team
- Providing strategic input on talent pipeline building and augmenting the talent pool
- Responsible for closing all roles tagged to you
- Focus on external marketplace and provide external marketplace expertise/knowledge to the sourcing team
- Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, recommend and implement process improvements.
- Manage the company’s image in the marketplace.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduate or a post graduate qualification
- 7-9 years of total experience in recruitment
- Must have sourcing for leadership hiring for at least 2-3 years
- Must be well-versed with the various job portals and new age sourcing platforms like LinkedIn etc
- Should have good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.

- Contribute to the strategy for building competitor intelligence.
- Identify and analyse the potential of new sourcing opportunities.
- Developing of high-quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans
- Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analysing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches,
- Identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out responsibilities beyond the job
