Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Engagement Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, engagement strategies, and resource management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM and Engagement Management: Utilize CRM tools and engagement management skills to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and reporting processes, including tracking internal charge codes and monitoring performance against budgetary goals.
- Presentation and Creative Design: Create compelling presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills, ensuring clarity and engagement for stakeholders.
- Knowledge Management: Build and maintain SharePoint sites or other knowledge platforms, structuring information effectively based on provided guidance.
- Data Management: Utilize simple Excel skills for data tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all outputs.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong quality mindset by validating and spot-checking data, reports, and presentations to ensure high standards.
- Communication and Teamwork: Foster transparent and honest communication with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Resource Management: Leverage resource management tools (e.g., Retain, Mera, Profinder, Discover) to optimize resource allocation and project execution.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CRM and engagement management.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
- Exceptional PowerPoint presentation and creative design abilities.
- Experience in building and structuring SharePoint sites or similar knowledge platforms.
- Proficient in Excel for basic data management tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with resource management tools is a plus.
