Position Description Summary

Position Details: 

Job Title       :    Supervising Associate - EDS

JD:

We are looking for an experienced Data Science professional (7–10 years overall experience) with minimum 4 years of hands-on Machine Learning expertise to lead and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Time-series forecasting, and Statistical Modelling 

  • Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and Power BI 

  • Ability to independently own projects from problem definition and solution design through delivery and business adoption 

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills 

  • Experience mentoring junior team members and driving high-quality project outcomes 

Good to Have: 

  • Exposure to Generative AI, Deep Learning, AutoML, or Azure Cloud 

  • Exposure to Data-Bricks 

  • Expertise in R 

  • Some exposure to People management 

What You'll Do: 

  • Design and develop scalable machine learning solutions for complex business problems 

  • Lead multiple analytics initiatives and influence business decisions through data-driven insights 

  • Guide and mentor junior team members while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
