Role Overview:

As a Solution Architect in the AI & Data Team, you will be responsible for proposing technological solutions to our clients, helping them to navigate the complexities of digital transformation and to leverage technology to achieve their business objectives. The Solution Architect will work closely with clients to understand their needs and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, to design customized solutions using various technologies. 

Position Summary  

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI and data-driven solutions across multiple business domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable architecture designs using cloud-native and hybrid approaches.
• Define reference architectures, best practices, and solution blueprints for AI, ML, data pipelines, and analytics systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and MLOps engineers to ensure robust deployment and monitoring of models.
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs, vector databases, RAG frameworks, and AI orchestration platforms.
• Design data platforms including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming systems.
• Define data models, data governance frameworks, and metadata management strategies.
• Design and architect full stack solutions spanning backend services (using modern frameworks and languages such as .net, .net core, python ) and front-end applications (with React or Angular), while integrating AI capabilities at every layer.
• Act as the technical advisor to business and engineering teams, ensuring alignment to architectural principles and target state.
• Conduct design reviews and provide architectural guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure AI and data solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance policies.
• Promote ethical and responsible AI practices, including explainability and bias mitigation.

• Responsible for determining the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects
• Should be able to play the role of a business consultant with a technological mindset
• Work closely with sales team and take part in business proposal creation
• Work with implementation teams to convert business problems into technological solution designs
• Must be able to articulate technology and design approach to both business and technical users
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong experience in any of the cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Expertise in modern data architectures including data mesh, data fabric, and zero ETL patterns.
