The opportunity
We are looking for Senior Associate – Resource Management Systems who will be responsible for performing project activities related to a portfolio of Resource Management products/applications. Reporting into the Supervising Associate/Project Manager, you will be part of a team that will deliver high-quality services to global RM/EM stakeholders on the application that support the RM/EM functions.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities pertaining to technical products. This could include but are not limited to, deployment of new products, enhancements to existing products or decommissioning of products as directed by the global firm.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating tasks within various teams internally and with Vendor
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans
- Ensuring project deadlines are met, escalate appropriate risks
- Organizing, attending, in stakeholder meetings
- Project communications with internal and external project teams as well as stakeholders
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Determining project changes as communicated to lead
- Work closely with the Product Owner development team, to help prepare, co-ordinate and deliver activities such as testing, change management and communication plans
- Providing administrative support such as scheduling workshop, arranging testing, creating collaboration site for project documentation
- Assists in testing, troubleshoots issues and finds solutions
- Responsible for the maintenance of ongoing documentation, SharePoint, including training collateral and video content
- Deployment support - organise deep dives and take notes, collate configuration requirements
- Support with large scale global projects that could impact Resource Management Applications
- Responsible for the execution of programs and procedures, as well as the review and evaluation of output and systems
- Responsible for monitoring and resolving SNOW tickets assigned to Level 2

- Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral

- Maintain/update all project related trackers e.g Project plan, Risk tracker, budget tracker etc.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills

- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Overall - 5 to 8 years of experience
- Graduate – Bachelor’s degree – Any discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of corporate experience with at least 2+ years of Project Management/Coordination
- Experience in leading a team of 2-4 of project administrators / Coordinators (in case of team leader role)
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
- Responsible for supporting PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects.
- Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables
- Flexible to Support US/ EMEIA and APAC time zone
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge in PMBOK concepts would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Project Management tools
- Experience in Change management
- Experience in EY Resource Management tools
Technologies and Tools
- Proficient in MS Project / Planner/ Word / PowerPoint / Excel - working knowledge of MS office.
- Azure DevOps exposure (desirable)
