Job Summary & Essential Functions of the Job

We are currently in search of an experienced PowerApps Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and offer technological solutions utilising the Power Platform.

• Develop and maintain PowerApps applications in alignment with business requirements, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Power BI to create a seamless workflow.
• Construct robust Power Automate flows to streamline and automate complex business processes.
• Collaborate with various backend data sources, including SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dataverse, to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards that provide insightful analytics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Create attractive and user-friendly interfaces for applications and dashboards, enhancing user engagement and experience.
• Conduct thorough and detailed data analysis to guarantee strict adherence to data quality & regulatory requirements.
• Set and manage client expectations, providing proactive communication and regular status updates; prioritize deliverables in consultation with clients/requestors.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and establish rules for organization; prepare and present visualization dashboards using Power BI to communicate findings.
• Adhere to general work requirements and perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, MS Office

Technical skills/tools requirement

Desirable

• More than 5 years of working knowledge in Power BI Visualization tool.
• Expert level knowledge in Power Apps and Power Automate
• ExperienWorking knowledge in MS Excel Macros and will be added advantage
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Desired Skillset:

• Proven experience in PowerApps development and a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to reverse-engineer existing Apps and Dashboards to determine business logic.
• Experience with integrating PowerApps with SharePoint and other Microsoft tools.
• Experienced in designing user-friendly UI/UX for apps and dashboards.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint based data sources.

• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and facilitate discussions with all levels of management
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas as required
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
