Global Analytics (GA), part of Reporting & Data Analytics (RDA) within Global Finance, is EY’s central engine for AI-powered insight generation. We combine data science, engineering, product development and analytics translation to deliver predictive and prescriptive intelligence across EY’s most strategic areas – revenue growth, margin optimization, forecasting and market activation.-powered insight generation. We are seeking a Senior Analytics Translator to join our Analytics Translation & Insights pillar — a highly visible, business facing role that sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder advisory.-facing role that sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder advisory.
This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts analyst, communicator, creative thinker and connector — someone who can simplify the complex, challenge assumptions, spark curiosity, and inspire senior leaders to adopt AI-powered analytics as part of their everyday decision making.-powered analytics as part of their everyday decision-making.

You will:
- Turn complex analytics into compelling narratives that drive action
- Deliver crisp demos and insights to senior audiences
- Build a thriving data-driven community across EY-driven community across EY
- Identify new use cases and inspire adoption of GA’s products
- Serve as the voice of the customer within GA
- Be an effective networker Bring creativity and experimentation into how we communicate, educate and enable users
- Act as a constructive challenger to our (mostly junior) DS/engineering teams to ensure quality, innovation, and usability
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across global Finance, Markets (Clients & Industries) comprising Demand Generation (Business Development), Insights and Technology Enablement, Strategy, and Operations
- Deliver demos, insight sessions, and “Did you know?” value stories that spark adoption and curiosity
- Represent GA in leadership meetings, roadshows, stakeholder engagement sessions, and Global Finance and Clients & Industries forums
- Build and run communities of practice, champion networks and enablement programmes
- Plan and execute ongoing communication campaigns across SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams and other channels
- Create clear, human, editorial-quality content (Power Point presentations, decks, insight briefs, videos)
Insight Generation & Analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep dives (comprising advanced Excel and Power BI,for more advanced users – SQL and PowerBI, or/and Thoughtspot etc.)-hoc analytical deep dives (SQL, advanced Excel, ThoughtSpot, Power BI etc.)
- Interpret model outputs, validate insights, connect patterns and contextual signals (market/economic/operational events)
- Translate user problems into structured analytical requirements
- Maintain an active radar of unmet needs and new opportunities for analytics innovation
Collaboration & Product Influence
- Partner closely with data scientists, engineers and product owners to support and shape product improvements
- Provide challenging but constructive feedback on model logic, performance and UX
- Contribute to various AI projects in-flight in Global Finance
- Help the team think beyond traditional solutions — bringing creativity, alternatives and user-centric thinking-centric thinking
- Track user group needs, measure engagement and ensure stakeholder coverage
- Support Agile ceremonies, user testing and sprint reviews
Championing a Culture of Data & AI Adoption
- Design and run creative enablement programmes, workshops and academy style sessions-style sessions
- Nurture an internal community of curious users and analytics advocates
- Spot new stakeholder groups who can benefit from GA tools
- Drive experimentation and fresh thinking around how we communicate the value of analytics

Technical & Analytical
- Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis
- High proficiency in Excel
- Ability to independently perform ad-hoc analytics-hoc analytics
- Confident understanding of predictive/ML concepts (ability to challenge data science team's thinking)
- Moderate to Advanced Power BI, Copilot
Communication & Influence
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Confident presenter with strong storytelling skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences
- Experience influencing stakeholders without formal authority

- Hands-on experience in Python or R or auto-machine learning platforms (Azure
- ML, Dataiku, Data Robot, Databricks or similar), GenAI technologies (Copilot and others)-on experience in Python or R or auto-machine learning platforms (Azure ML, Dataiku, Data Robot, Databricks or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL, ThoughtSpot, DevOps (for Agile) and related tools
- Background in data science, ML experimentation or model evaluation will ensure confidence in challenging junior data scientists
- Experience with agile project management or scrum
- Visual communication, social media and content creation flair
