The opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and accountable professional to join the BRIDGE team to handle GDS support. This role is part of the SCS team and focuses on pre-purchase activities including vendor onboarding and ensuring risk compliance through the BRIDGE process.

Your key responsibilities

• Conduct vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with risk management through the BRIDGE process.
• Coordinate with service line requestors to gather and validate requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, risk management, research and Independence and finance teams to ensure seamless process completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all onboarding and compliance activities.
• Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Service line communication in English

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Graduate – Bachelor’s degree – Any discipline
• Overall experience of 0 – 2 Years
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible to support various Global time zones
• Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
• Strong deadline orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time accordingly.
