The opportunity:
EY’s Supply Chain Services help connect our people to leading services and suppliers. Supply Chain Services was launched as part of EY’s NextWave strategic initiative to simplify our business and strengthen EY’s overall supply chain. A key function under Business Enablement, Supply Chain Services is a global team with more than 600 professionals with representation in more than 35 countries.
This position is within the SCS Reporting and Analytics team to support the Source to Settle Enablement (S2SE) function. The vision for the SCS Reporting and Analytics team includes driving efficiency and improving data integrity through automation, delivering value added actionable insight aligned to business objectives and transforming the SCS function by leveraging AI.
S2SE's purpose is to build optimal source to settle solutions to drive financial success for EY and their clients. S2SE is responsible for managing key lifecycle activities from purchase requisitions to AP processing. A key success factor for S2SE is ability to analyse data from various sources and building the tools to enable process improvements, innovation and achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
- Creating reports and visualizations: Responsible for creating reports, visualizations, and other data-driven presentations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Providing insights and recommendations: Use data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks
- Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, through reports and visualizations. Individual must have the ability to translate insight to S2SE business language and effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Demonstrates a growth mindset in data and AI driven new technologies
- Data Collection and Analysis: This involves identifying and extracting relevant data from various sources and using statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends.
- Driving innovation: Identify new opportunities to use data to drive business value, explore new technologies, develop new products or services, and identify new data sources to create innovative solutions
- Collaboration: Work closely with other SCS teams, Finance and other EY Functions to understand their needs, identify optimisation opportunities and provide data-driven solutions. Remains aligned to S2SE and wider SCS strategic and operational objectives
- Develop strong relationship with key business users and SCS team members
- Staying up to date with industry trends: Responsible for staying up to date with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in data analysis and using this knowledge to continuously improve the team's processes and capabilities.
- Developing Data Solutions: Oversee the development of data solutions that meet business objectives, working with data scientists, analysts, and developers to build predictive models, dashboards, and other data-driven solutions
- Maintaining data integrity: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data sets and for identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Champion and role model the EY & SCS team Values while proactively working to develop a positive culture in the team and the wider business by maintaining consistency with EY Values and Behaviours
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Proven experience in S2P reporting and/or S2P Operations roles
- Intermediate skillset and experience working in SQL, PBI and other data analytical tools
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree. Any procurement and supply chain related certificates are a plus
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Business, Procurement, Finance, Accounting related field
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of SAP SRM, ECC, VIM is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to monitor and manage project milestone deadlines
- Experience working with accounting, business management and/or technology and data analytics concepts
- Ability manages teams to meet tight deadlines and follow up on open issues
- Excellent English language skills ' both written and verbal

- Agile and adept at managing multiple concurrent activities. Energetic and driven to achieve results
- Able to handle conflict situations and resolve issues satisfactorily
