EY-Digital Risk– Risk Consulting – SAP GRC Staff

As part of our Risk Consulting, you will be supporting the Team in client engagements related to Risk Management, Internal Audit, GRC solutions for various clients across the MENA region. The client base spans across various sectors and includes collaboration with other teams within Consulting services.

We’re looking for experienced professionals with experience in the SAP GRC to join our Risk Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering.

Your key responsibilities

  • The current role requires executing internal audit and other risk consulting engagements for companies. As part of the role, the candidate is expected to:
  • Handson experience in GRC Access Control module.
  • Support the execution of GRC and IT risk consulting projects across SAP (ECC / S/4HANA) and Oracle ERP environments (Oracle EBS / Cloud).
  • Assist in the assessment, design, and testing of IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls (ITACs), and automated business controls.
  • Participate in Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access reviews, including rule set design and remediation support.
  • Conduct control testing, evidence review, and walkthroughs in coordination with internal audit, external audit, and client stakeholders.
  • Assist in GRC tool configuration and testing (SAP GRC Access Control, Oracle Risk Management Cloud, or equivalent).
  • Support data extraction and analysis for control monitoring, access management, and process compliance.
  • Document project deliverables, risk and control matrices (RCMs), and testing evidence in accordance with firm and client standards.
  • Follow firm methodologies for testing and documentation.
  • Support quality reviews and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to collect system and process information.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to support issue resolution and follow-up.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 2–5 years in IT Audit, ERP security, or compliance testing.
  • Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or other ERP security models.
  • Understanding of ERP system landscapes and access control concepts.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics ERP environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of SOX, ITGC, ICOFR standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance (or related discipline).
