EY-Digital Risk– Risk Consulting – SAP GRC Architect - Manager

As part of our Risk Consulting, you will be supporting the Team in client engagements related to Risk Management, Internal Audit, GRC solutions for various clients across the MENA region. The client base spans across various sectors and includes collaboration with other teams within Consulting services.

The opportunity

We’re looking for experienced professionals with experience in the SAP GRC to join our Risk Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering. This position will be based out of our offices (Kochi/ Thiruvananthapuram) in the beautiful state of Kerala.

Working in our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to provide practical risk management, internal audit solutions and gaining valuable experience in a variety of clients.

Your key responsibilities

The current role requires executing internal audit and other risk consulting engagements for companies. As part of the role, the candidate is expected to:

• Handson experience in GRC Access Control module.
• Working experience in ITGC, ITAC, RACM definitions, updates and testing to identify process gaps.
• Handle ERP control assessments, including ITGC, ITAC, and business process control testing.
• Prepare SoD risk analysis, security role reviews, and remediation planning.
• Manage control testing teams and review deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Support SAP GRC system implementations.
• Participate in risk design workshops, client meetings, and status reviews.
• Configure and optimize SAP GRC Access control modules.
• Expertise in ITGC, ITAC, RACM definitions, updates and testing for SAP ERP.
• Working knowledge on IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Automated Controls (ITAC) including detailed testing on Logical Access, Change Management, Backup & Restoration, and Incident Management.
• Experience in validating Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Effectiveness (TOE).
• Basic understanding of professional audit standards, COSO, SOX, and risk assessment practices.
• Document control testing and coordinate with different teams.
• Mentor consultants and analysts in offshore team.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A valid passport for travel.
• 8–10 years in ERP Security, Controls, or IT Audit.
• Strong understanding of RCM, ITGC, and control testing procedures.
• 6–8 years in ERP Security, Controls, or IT Audit.
• Expertise in SAP GRC, Oracle Security, or Risk Tech (Archer/ServiceNow IRM).
• Strong understanding of RCM, ITGC, and control testing procedures.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power BI, ACL).
• Strong skills in testing methodology, control documentation, and issue management.
• Certified: SAP GRC, Oracle Cloud Security, or CISA preferred.
