Seeking an experienced professional in learning design and development to join our team as a Global Learning Design and Development – Resource Coordinator.

 

EY’s Global Learning and Development function designs, develops and deploys technical and non-technical learning solutions for EY professionals across the world.  In the Design and development team, we are applying learning science and proven technology in the development and curation of the best learning content.

The opportunity

 

This role in the global learning and development team will give you the opportunity to make a difference by helping EY professionals globally grow their skills and accelerate their careers.

 

You will report directly to the Planning and Resource Lead to support various components of D&D operations. You will play a large role in managing the Global Learning Database and other project management reporting software. You will hold a key support role in the management of the D&D budget, from designing templates and tools, to overseeing the usage of the budget, including detailed invoice tracking. Additionally, you will build relationships and consult with Project Managers, Design Managers and Design Leads to ensure correct usage of the budget files, as well as educate and support the adherence to policy on vendor management, risk management, and more.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Supports portfolio resource (ID, PM and GD) assignments to portfolios within D&D
  • Manages utilization of D&D resources
  • Educate and ensure adherence to D&D capacity planning process and conduct reviews to ensure compliance
  • Maintain accurate team staffing reporting and team ratio analysis
  • Partner with Global Talent Business Management Office to ensure connectivity across teams.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upgrades to the Global Learning Database (or future tools) which provides data on all future, current, and completed D&D projects
  • Consult with team leaders and project managers about future requirements for Global Learning Database
  • Prepare all monthly, bi-annual, annual and ad hoc Global Learning reports (Completed learning hours, project audits, etc)

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • Strong project management, time management and an orientation for detail
  • Ability to self-manage and proactively escalate for support as needed
  • Strong communication skills - maturity to interact with leadership and peer-levels
  • Strong Excel and PowerBI reporting skills and ability to create professional presentations and support resources for large audiences
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management related disciplines including financial/budget management
  • Willingness to be part of a global team, including working alternative hours when required

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Experience in PowerApps
  • Experience in using/deploying project management technologies
  • Creativity – a passion for problem solving and innovating on process
