EY LSS – Quality Analyst – Senior Associate

The opportunity

We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Quality for our Learning Solutions Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

Your key responsibilities

• Proficient in crafting and implementing test scenarios in alignment with design documents and specifications, analyzing test outcomes, and adept in documenting, monitoring, and resolving bugs.
• Skilled in a variety of testing methodologies, including Functional, Accessibility, Regression, Integration, System, Cross-Browser, Exploratory, and Usability Testing.
• Commitment to maintaining project schedules, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within agreed-upon timeframes.

Skills and attributes for success

• Proficient in Manual Testing and Mobile App Testing practices.
• Experience with testing on both Android and iOS platforms will be an added advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency with SCORM compliance testing tools.
• Deep familiarity with bug tracking and issue management systems.
• Acquainted with various automation testing tools.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Any Graduate
• 3-5 years into in quality assurance, testing, measurement, reporting, analysis, defect prevention and continuous improvement
• Experience in eLearning industry will be beneficial

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
