Job Summary:

The PRC Tools & Innovation Support Specialist role is crucial for ensuring that the P&CE Tools and Innovation strategy meets its objectives in supporting the firm’s small and medium-sized deals. This position is dedicated to saving time, improving efficiency, and equipping client servers with a wide range of high-quality and accurate materials for their pursuit efforts. Furthermore, this role actively contributes to our pursuit innovation strategy and the development of tools that enhance the effectiveness of pursuit initiatives. It involves close collaboration with PRC leadership, pursuit teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that tools are well-governed, user-friendly, and continuously improved to support fast-turn, high-impact pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

Tools Ownership & Delivery

• Independently support and enhance PRC tools built on Advanced Excel, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and usability.
• Own day to day administration and continuous improvement of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, metadata, and permissions used by pursuit teams.
• Design and maintain advanced Excel solutions (complex formulas, Power Query, structured datasets, dashboards) to support tracking, reporting, and operational insights.

Automation & Low Code Solutions

• Design, build, test, and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline pursuit related processes and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and enhance Power Apps to support intake, tracking, approvals, and reporting for PRC tools and services.
• Troubleshoot issues independently, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes with minimal supervision.

Analytics & Reporting (Good to Have)

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track tool usage, demand trends, service performance, and adoption metrics.
• Translate data into clear insights that support PRC leadership decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI & Emerging Technology Enablement (Good to Have)

• Support pilots and use case development using Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, including simple agents, workflows, and productivity accelerators aligned to pursuit needs.
• Identify and share opportunities for continuous improvement, use of AI, including ways to innovate, optimize, and enhance EY’s pursuit self-help tools.

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

• Act as a trusted point of contact for pursuit teams using PRC tools, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practice recommendations.
• Support training sessions, demos, and knowledge sharing to improve awareness and adoption of PRC tools and innovation solutions.

Supervision Responsibilities:

This role has no supervisory responsibilities and no direct reports.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Essential

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Power Query, dashboards, data validation).
• Advanced SharePoint knowledge (site administration, lists, libraries, permissions, integrations).
• Power Apps (hands on development and enhancement of low code applications).
• Power Automate (workflow design, automation logic, troubleshooting).

Desirable

• Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report and dashboard development).
• Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio or demonstrated interest in AI enabled productivity tools.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• University/Bachelors’ degree, Masters Degree Preferred (MBA)

Experience:

• 2-5 years’ experience with significant recent experience in a sales/bid/pursuit/pre-sales capacity 
• Experience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment 
• Knowledge of the bid process, content management, basic SharePoint
