EY LSS – Project Manager – Senior Associate

The opportunity

We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Project Management for our Learning Solutions Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

Your key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, track and manage overall project execution
• Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality etc.
• Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate best practices in project management to comply with the firm’s standards
• Effective risk management
• Manage project against set standards and processes
• Successful project issue resolution (internal and external)
• Manage multiple, simultaneous projects end-to-end
• Manage project billing, utilization, and resource allocation
• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders
• Accountable for project deliverables and managing the project team

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong organization skills
• Proficient in client expectation management
• Exposure to working with international clients will be advantageous
• Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in learning
• Knowledge to develop high quality technical and strategic presentations and documentations

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Any Graduate
• 4-8 years into project management experience in e-learning and content development
• Project Management experience in IT ore-learning or related industries
• Knowledge of e-learning development life cycle

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
