The opportunity

The Product Manager – Webcasting and Webinars role at EY represents an opportunity to shape the future of a business-critical global webcasting ecosystem. This role leads a cluster of high-impact products and capabilities that support internal communications, client-facing webinars, learning and CPE programmes, executive broadcasts, live video services and on-demand content experiences across EY.

As EY continues to elevate webcasting, webinars and live video delivery, this role will balance global consistency with the needs of distinct audience types, use cases and regional operating models. The portfolio includes Microsoft Teams Town Halls and Webinars, Kaltura, Zoom Webinars and Events and related webcasting services such as production workflows, analytics, captions, subtitles, localisation, video hubs, CPE support and experience monitoring. It is a highly visible position that helps EY use the right platform for the right experience, reduce risk and cost, improve quality and reliability, and enable producers, planners and business sponsors to deliver consistent, brand-compliant and scalable webcast experiences worldwide.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the webcasting and webinars portfolio, including Teams Town Halls and Webinars, Kaltura, Zoom Webinars and Events, video hubs and related live video capabilities that support EY’s internal, external, learning and client engagement use cases.
  • Drive product adoption and behaviour change by defining onboarding journeys, producer enablement, platform guidance, training, release communications and playbooks that help teams select and use the right webcasting or webinar solution with confidence.
  • Partner with Brand, Marketing and Communications, Talent, Learning, regional webcasting teams, live video services, Service Adoption, engineering partners and vendors to capture needs, prioritise the backlog and translate requirements into clear product outcomes.
  • Strengthen governance, compliance and operational standards by defining guardrails for platform selection, webcast production criteria, EY branding, accessibility, data protection, CPE and CE support, marketing integrations, retention, reporting and live-event risk management.
  • Measure and improve outcomes by defining KPIs for adoption, cost per webcast, quality of experience, application quality, audience reach, CPE awarding, producer enablement and user satisfaction, using data to drive continuous improvement and value realisation.
  • Lead platform and supplier governance for webcasting and webinar capabilities, including roadmap alignment with Microsoft, Kaltura and Zoom, RFQ and renewal inputs, service model evolution, issue management, feature assessment and integration dependencies across marketing, learning, analytics and enterprise video workflows.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong product management fundamentals across vision, discovery, prioritisation, roadmap development, delivery, release planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with webcasting, webinar, virtual event, enterprise video or collaboration platforms, ideally including Microsoft Teams Town Halls and Webinars, Kaltura, Zoom Webinars and Events or comparable technologies.
  • Operational and technical literacy with the ability to understand streaming, production workflows, registration, analytics, captions, subtitles, accessibility, marketing integrations, CPE tracking and how platform changes affect live-event delivery.
  • Ability to influence without authority across a global, matrixed organisation and align producers, planners, communications teams, learning teams, engineering partners, vendors and regional stakeholders around common standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex platform choices, production models and governance expectations into clear guidance, enablement materials and decision frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management, including working with Microsoft, Kaltura, Zoom, live video services, Service Adoption, engineering teams and managed service partners.
  • Analytical decision-making, able to interpret platform usage, webcast performance, quality of experience, incident trends, audience data, adoption metrics and commercial information to prioritise improvements and evidence value.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Relevant experience in product management, product ownership, service ownership or a closely related role supporting technology-enabled communications, events, webcasting, collaboration or enterprise video services.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Town Halls or Webinars, Kaltura, Zoom Webinars and Events, live streaming, virtual event production, CPE or CE workflows, marketing automation integrations, video analytics or customer success for B2B technology services.

What we look for

We’re looking for a collaborative, delivery-focused product manager who is comfortable operating in a low-fault-tolerance live-event environment, passionate about improving webcast and webinar experiences, and energised by helping teams adopt the right technology at scale. You build strong relationships, balance stakeholder needs with governance and compliance requirements, and use data to prioritise improvements that increase quality, consistency, reach, efficiency and measurable business value.
