Job Title: L&D Coordinator
Role Overview
The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design, delivery, and operations of learning experiences. This role blends project coordination for Virtual, Web based training modules, digital learning, capability building modules to ensure seamless learner journey.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Project Management
- Field and route incoming L&D requests, manage intake tools/systems, and track opportunities through the learning pipeline.
- Plan, schedule, and support the execution of learning programs, including virtual, digital, and blended formats.
- Oversee training logistics, deployment, and post-course sustainment, including feedback and knowledge assessments.
- Support reporting by collecting, synthesizing, and maintaining data on learning activities and outcomes.
Learning Experience Facilitation
- Assist in the design and delivery of immersive learning experiences, leveraging digital tools and platforms (e.g., VILTs, WBTs, guided tours, job aids, animations, simulations, gamification)
- Curate and build content, conduct research, and synthesize findings into actionable insights for learning programs.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered, microlearning, and personalized digital learning solutions
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and peers to ensure learning solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate communication, feedback collection, and continuous improvement of learning experiences.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Support the L&D Manager in driving successful outcomes in design and deployment of L&D digital and virtual modules.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Suite, LMS platforms) and experience with blended learning modalities.
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, project coordination, or related fields
- Experience with digital learning platforms and tools is highly desirable
