Your Key Responsibilities

As a PSCM-Supervising Associate/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into effective Power BI dashboards for reporting.
• Collaborating with the Experience Management team, business leadership, and Talent leadership to gather insights and refine reporting needs.
• Utilizing SQL and data engineering techniques to extract, transform, and load data from various databases into Power BI.
• Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and enhance decision-making processes.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in reporting by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
• Providing training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize dashboards and interpret data insights.
• Continuously monitoring and optimizing dashboard performance to ensure a seamless user experience.

To Qualify for This Role You Must Have

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL, with a solid understanding of data modeling and visualization principles.
• Familiar with ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources.
• Familiar understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
