Nordic C&I Digital Strategy & Execution Coordinator

The Nordic C&I Digital Strategy & Execution Coordinator plays an important role in supporting CRM operations and implementation of C&I Accelerators across Nordics Business Unit, Service Lines, and Industries. The role focuses on navigating and engaging support networks of C&I Accelerators to address Nordic users’ support needs, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of sales and pipeline data, coordinating with stakeholders across the business, and contributing to CRM and C&I Accelerators adoption, data quality awareness, and ongoing operational support and improvements.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Engage with users across the business to help upskill, accelerate sales and commercial excellence activities, relating to Dynamics CRM as primary platform, and other C&I Accelerators across the tech landscape.
  • Support Nordic users, initiatives and activities that help accelerate sales and commercial excellence, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. Keep the Nordic S&CE team informed of recurring user queries and key feedback to enhance support and experience of Nordic users.
  • Execute Dynamics CRM licensing process, including management of DOS access and assignment of CRM learnings in Success Factors for new Dynamics CRM users.
  • Prepare insights, reports, and updates for various committees and leadership forums.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance processes for the sales and pipeline lifecycle, including data quality controls.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing and owning multiple priorities effectively and driving these towards completion and escalating to the S&CE team timely in case of challenges
  • Ability to create insights or synthesize complex information into simple, high impact messages.

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

 

Educational qualification

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, management, marketing or sales (or equivalent area of study or experience).

 

 

Experience

 

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, with hands-on exposure to CRM operations, reporting, or sales/pipeline support. Overall understanding of sales process and pipeline management.
  • Project management skills and experience

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Understanding of account management and change management skills.

 

 

Technologies and Tools

 

  • Hands-on experience with CRM Dynamics system.
  • Demonstrated expert level experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Technical proficiency in tools like LENS, Power BI, Alteryx and other Business Intelligence systems is a plus

  • Relevant experience in CRM operations, reporting, or pipeline support
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and Market metrics/KPIs
  • Understanding of Tech tools leveraged in C&I (Dynamics, Mercury, LENS, etc)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Taking ownership of activities and driving them towards completion, raising any challenges in the ongoing activities to attention of C&SE team and suggesting and aligning on way forward.
  • Experience working in a cross-border or virtual team environment, supporting multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence.
